R Suresh Rajaratnam is the Principal of R Suresh & Associates and the driving force behind the firm’s dual-jurisdiction, digital-first model. With over 30 years of experience in civil, commercial, corporate, and complex litigation, he combines traditional legal rigour with the agility of a modern virtual practice.
He is a Barrister-at-Law of the Inner Temple (London), an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya, and an Australian Lawyer admitted to the Supreme Court of Western Australia. His qualifications include an LL.B (Hons) from the University of London and an LL.M in Commercial and IP Laws from the University of Malaya.
Suresh leads with integrity, precision, and a client-first mindset — providing strategic, cross-border legal counsel to clients across Malaysia and Australia.

He is a uniquely triple-jurisdiction qualified lawyer, admitted to the Bar in Malaysia, England & Wales, and also qualified to practise as an Australian lawyer, admitted to the Supreme Court of Western Australia. He has over 30 years of experience in civil, commercial, corporate, property and various litigation matters.
